offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A low pressure trough will 
cross the waters today. High pressure will build E to the mid-
Atlantic coast today, and will pass S and SE of the area tonight
and Sun. A weak high pressure ridge will pass across the area 
Sun night, moving SE of the area Mon morning. A warm front will 
move E across the waters Mon night, then dissipate early Tue. A 
weak low pressure system will pass SE of the waters Tue night. A 
cold front will move E across the waters Wed, followed by a weak 
high pressure ridge building E across the waters Wed night.
