Those traveling this evening or into the overnight for New Year's
celebrations should be cognizant of slick travel from snowfall. 
Snow arriving across the western areas of southern New England 
between 10 PM and Midnight, while eastern areas between Midnight 
and 2 AM. Snow continues into early Thursday morning. Please 
allow for extra travel time between your destinations.
