* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 20
kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 3 to 5 feet. For the Gale
Watch, east winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas
8 to 13 feet possible.
* WHERE...Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen
Bank National Marine Sanctuary.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Wednesday.
For the Gale Watch, from late Wednesday night through late
Thursday night.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
