England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure will
persist E and SE of Nova Scotia tonight before moving well E of
the region Thu and Thu night. A high pressure ridge will weaken
while moving E over the area tonight. A warm front will lift N
towards the waters tonight while complex low pressure and a
strong associated cold front approach the region from the W. The
complex low will drift over the area while lifting the warm front
N over the waters Thu into Thu night as the associated cold front
moves E over the area. The complex low will continue over the
area Fri into Sat, move NE of the region Sat night into Sun, and
then move well off to the NE Sun night into Mon. A series of
secondary cold fronts and low pressure troughs will move E and SE
over the area Fri night into Sun night before a weak high
pressure ridge moves E to the coast Sun night. The ridge will
then move E across the region Mon and Mon night as another cold
front approaches from the W.
