England.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will stall just
S of the waters today, as a surface trough lingers over the
region. High pressure briefly builds over the area tonight. The
front to the S slowly starts to move back N as a warm front Wed
and Wed night, moving N of the waters Thu. High pressure will
prevail across the region later Thu, then another surface trough
develops over the area Thu night. A cold front approaches the
area Fri and moves into the waters Fri night into Sat night.
