offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure continues to
move E and away from the area as weak low pressure and a warm
front move into the waters tonight. The low will move NE of the
area Mon, with its associated cold front pushing E of the waters.
A second, stronger cold front approaches the area Mon and moves
across the waters late Mon and Mon night as strong low pressure
becomes located over SE Canada. A series of surface troughs will
move through the area around the broad low late Mon night through
Tue night. High pressure builds in from the SW Tue night into
Wed. A warm front moves into the area Wed night, followed by a
cold front that approaches the waters early Thu and moves E over
the waters late Thu and Thu night. High pressure builds in
briefly Fri, with yet another cold front moving into the area for
late Fri and Fri night.
