offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will build SE
over the waters today and tonight, persist into Tue night, then
shift E of the area Wed and Wed night. A coastal low pressure
will approach from the S today and tonight, then remain
stationary along the Mid-Atlantic coast into Wed night. The low
will push a warm front into the S portions by Tue night into Wed,
with the front slowly dissipating Wed night into Thu. The low
will begin moving E late Wed into Thu, still remaining just S of
the area, before dissipating across the far S and SE portions Thu
night into Fri. A cold front will approach from the NW Fri, then
push offshore Fri night.
