New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weakening high pressure
ridge across the waters will shift inland tonight. Intensifying 
low pressure will track NE to the S of the region tonight, and 
then rapidly move well E and NE of the area Wed and Wed night. 
High pressure will slowly build E over the region late Wed and 
Wed night, and then weaken while shifting E of the area Thu into 
Thu night. Another low will develop S of the waters Thu while 
tracking NE towards Georges Bank, then pass SE and E of the 
waters Thu night and Fri. Another ridge will build E over the 
region Fri night and Sat, then shift E of the area Sat night. 
Another low will develop off the SE coast Fri, and then continue 
strengthening Fri night through Sat night while passing well E of
the waters. Yet another ridge will build E across the area Sat, 
then shift E of the region Sat night. A cold front will approach 
the waters from the NW Sun and Sun night.
