offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.
Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A complex low pressure system
and associated weak frontal boundaries and troughs over the
region will slide off to the E of the waters by later today. A
ridge of high pressure will build over the area tonight, with the
high to remain centered S of the waters while it persists Sat
into Sun. A cold front will reach the waters from the NW Sun then
push SE across the area Sun night while weakening. The front
will stall near or just S of the southern waters Mon, then lift N
as a weak warm front Mon night. The front will lift N of the
area Tue while a strong high settles S and SE of the area into
Tue night.
