* At 340 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Carlisle, or
  over Billerica, moving southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement. This storm has a history of producing 
           strong winds capable of minor tree damage.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
