  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Boston Harbor, Boston Buoy 44013, Boston Light, Broad Sound, Quincy
  Harbor, Scituate Harbor, and Minot Light.
