  Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank National
  Marine Sanctuary...
  Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay...

* Until 330 PM EDT.

* At 236 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Manomet
  Point, moving southeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Plymouth Light, Duxbury Pier Light, Wellfleet Harbor, Cape Cod Bay,
  Green Harbor, North Eastham, Manomet Point, and Gurnet Point.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
